摘要
目的建立神农香菊提取物黄酮类成分高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=2.5)-甲醇(梯度洗脱);流速为0.8 ml/min;柱温35℃;检测波长350 nm。结果建立了神农香菊提取物黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱,标定了16个共有指纹特征峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论方法稳定,可靠,精密度高,重复性好,可为神农香菊提取物质量标准的制定提供科学依据。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of flavonoids in extract of Dendranthema indicum. Methods The HPLC conditions with DIONEX- ACCLAIM 120 C18 column(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm)was used, the mobile phase was composed of methyl cyanide and pBS( pH = 2.5 ) with gradient elution; flow rate was 0.5ml/min; column temperature was 35℃ , the detection wavelength was 350nm, and the recording time was 140 rain. Results Ten common characteristic peaks were taken as fingerprint peaks and the prease and the rarest were in accordance with the requirement. Conclusion The method is stable, reliable, precise and it provides a scientific basis for the quality standard of the extract of Dendranthema indicum.
