摘要
目的考察优选的甘草品种乌新Ⅰ号的萌发状况。方法比较了乌新Ⅰ号和野生甘草种子的萌发率,胚根长势以及萌发过程中的可溶性蛋白的变化和过氧化物酶(POD)的活力。结果乌新Ⅰ号的发芽率、胚根长势均高于野生对照组,萌发中的可溶性蛋白的含量和过氧化物酶的活力也高于野生对照组,和野生对照组有着不同的变化规律。结论常规选育的乌新Ⅰ号是一个有潜在应用前景的品种。
Objective To investigate the germination of new breed seed of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Methods The germination rate, radices length, changes of soluble protein content and POD activity were investigated and compared between Wuxin I seeds and the normal seed. Results The germination rate and radical length of Wuxin I were higher than that of control group. The content of soluble protein and POD activity of Wuxin I were also higher than that of control group. In addition, there was some difference in the changing patterns of soluble protein content and POD activity between two kinds of seeds during germination. Conclusion - This new kind of licorice seeds may be applied widely in the future.
