摘要
目的对地锦草提取物进行体外抗真菌实验,测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值。方法采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的《产孢丝状真菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感性试验方案》(M38-A),测定地锦草提取物对60株临床常见皮肤癣菌的MIC。参考MIC结果,选取地锦草提取物敏感的6株皮肤癣菌按文献方法进行杀菌试验。结果地锦草提取物对红色毛癣菌的MIC范围为128~1024μg·ml^-1~,平均MIC为446μg·ml^-1;对石膏样毛癣菌的MIC范围为128~1024μg·ml^-1,平均MIC为539μg·ml。杀菌结果显示,6株皮肤癣菌均生长,表明地锦草具有抑菌作用,其抗真菌作用是通过抑制真菌生长而发挥作用的,而不具有杀菌作用。结论地锦草提取物体外实验对真菌的生长具有抑制作用.
Objective To examine the antifungal effect of Dijincao extract in vitro and to measure the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC). Methods According to the standard approved by the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards( NCCLS) : Reference Method for Broth Dilution Antifungal Susceptibility Testing of Filamentous Fungi( M38 -A), the MICs of Dijincao extract against 60 strains of common clinical dermatophytes were determined. According to those MICs, 6 strains of dermatophytes being sensitive to Dijincao extract were selected, and germicidal test was conducted according to the method in documents. Results The MIC range of Dijincao extract against Trichophyton rubrum was 128 - 1 024μg · ml^-1 , mean MIC was 446μg · ml^-1 ;the MIC range of Dijincao extract against Trichophyton mentagrophytes was 128 - 1 024μg · ml^-1 ,mean MIC was 539μg · ml^-1 . The result of germicidal test showed that all the 6 strains of dermatophytes grew. Conclusion Dijincao extract has antifungal activity against the dermatophytes in vitro.
