贵州余庆栽培吴茱萸的质量对比研究

Comparative Study on the Quality of Rutaecarpine in Yuqing

目的对贵州余庆不同品种、不同采收期及不同加工方法栽培的吴茱萸进行质量对比研究,为吴茱萸GAP规范化种植提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(56∶44);流速为1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长为225 nm。结果不同品种质量差异不大,不同采收期及不同加工方法的栽培吴茱萸质量存在较大差异。结论能为贵州余庆栽培吴茱萸的品质优劣及GAP规范化种植和种植标准操作规程的制定提供一定的科学依据。

Objective The comparative research of the quality of Rutaecarpine for differrent sorts of Rutaecarpines at different adopting periods in different approaches in Guizhou could be used as scientific ground to the regular planting of Rutaecaopine GAP. Methods The samples were determined by HPLC. Diamonsil Ciscolumn （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μ m） was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water （56： 44） with flow rate at 1.0 ml · min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. Results Little difference was found in the quality of different varieties, but there was large difference in the quality of different harvest periods and different processing methods of cultivation. Conclusion This can provide scientific ground for quality , GAP regular planting and standard planting ways of Evodia Rutaecarpa in Yuqing Guizhou Province.
