茯苓超微粉与普通粉挥发性成分的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究茯苓的挥发性成分。方法利用有机溶剂-水蒸气蒸馏提取茯苓挥发性成分,用GC/MS进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果茯苓超微粉中分离出131个成分,鉴定出67个化学成分,占挥发油总量的51.145%;茯苓普通粉中分离出103个成分,鉴出61个化学成分,占挥发油总量59.223%。茯苓2种粉末挥发油成分中,含有57种相同成分,其中含量最高的分别为α-柏木醇(茯苓超微粉7.936%)、反橙花叔醇(茯苓普通粉8.657%)。结论首次报道利用简便的有机溶剂-水蒸气蒸馏法提取茯苓超微粉挥发性成分,并将其与茯苓普通粉一起进行定性定量的对比研究。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Poria cocos. Methods The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of the plants which were obtained by organic - steam distillation with hexane were analyzed by GC - MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Results One hundred and thirty - one kinds of chemical constituents in micro - milling of Poria cocos were separated, of which sixty - seven compounds representing 51. 145% of the oil were characterized. One hundred and three kinds of chemical constituents in ordinary pulverization of Poria cocos were separated ,of which sixty -one compounds representing 59. 223% of the oil were characterized. There were the same of fifty - seven components in the two oils. The most relative contents was α - Cedrol ( micro - milling of Poria Cocos 7. 936% ), trans - Nerolidol ( ordinary pulverization of Poria Cocos 8. 657% ). Conclusion This paper reported, for the first time, the composition of volatile oils of micro - milling of Poria cocos which were obtained by Organic - steam distillation with hexane, which was comparatively studied with ordinary pulverization of Poria cocos about qualitative and quantitative.
