中药乳康平胶囊制备工艺研究

Study on the Preparation of Rukangping Capsules

目的以芍药苷的提取转移率为指标对中药乳康平胶囊进行最佳制备工艺的研究。方法采用L9(34)正交实验法优选水提工艺条件,用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量作为指标。结果最佳水提工艺条件为:以6倍量水提取3次,时间为1.0h/次最佳。结论此制备工艺操作简单,芍药苷的提取率高,稳定性好,可作为乳康平胶囊的最佳制备方法之一。

Objective To study the preparation craft of Rukangping capsules. Methods The orthogonal testing method was used to optimize the technological conditions and the content of peoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results The optimal technological conditions with water extraction were as follows： 6 times amount of water,3 times, 1 h each time. Conclusion The method is simple,specific stable and can be used for preparation craft of Rukangping capsules.
