软肝颗粒对四氯化碳复合法致肝纤维化大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶等5项指标的影响

摘要 目的研究软肝颗粒(HG颗粒)对CC l4(四氯化碳)复合法致肝纤维化大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALb)及球蛋白(G lob)含量的影响。方法70只SD大鼠,除空白对照组10只外,其余各组大鼠皮下注射CC l4,同时给予高脂饲料和20%乙醇喂养6周建立肝纤维化大鼠模型,存活大鼠用分组软件按性别、体重随机分为5组,分别予HG颗6,3,1.5 g/kg 3个剂量组、复方鳖甲软肝片1.0 g/kg灌胃治疗4周。对照观察两药物对模型大鼠血清ALT,AST,TP,A lb及G lob的影响。结果模型大鼠血清ALT、AST活力显著增高,血清TP含量略升高,A lb含量显著降低,G lob含量显著升高。HG颗粒治疗后降低ALT和AST活性,降低TP和G lob含量,增加A lb含量,复方鳖甲软肝片亦可降低ALT,AST活性,降低TP和G lob含量,增加A lb含量。综合疗效HG颗粒优于复方鳖甲软肝片。结论HG颗粒能有效治疗CC l4复合法所致肝纤维化大鼠。 Objective To explore the effects of HGKL on ALT, AST, TP, Alb and Glob in blood serum of HF model rats. Methods Seventy SD rats excluding ten in blank group, were injected hypodermicly by carbon tetrar - chloride,at the same time they were fed with the high fat food and 20% ethyl alcohol for six weeks to establish HF model rats. Existing rats were divided into five groups based on sex and weight by grouping software. The HF rats were administered HGKL 6,3,1.5 g/kg and FFBJRGP 1.0g/kg respectivly for four weeks. ALT, AST,TP, Alb and Glob in blood serum were determined. Results Activities of ALT and AST in blood serum of model rats increased markedly as compared with blank group. The content of TP increased softly, Alb decreased markedly,Glob increased markedly. Compared with model group, activities of ALT and AST,and the contents of TP and Glob in HGKL groups decreased,Alb increased. Activities of ALT and AST in FFBJRGP group decreased, contents of TP and Glob decreased, contents of Alb increased. The comprehensive action of HGKL was better than that of FFBJRGP. Conclusion HGKL has protective effects on HF rats induced by CCI4 compounded other factors.
