摘要
采用双-(β-三氟酮萘胺)镍(Ⅱ)为主催化剂,以三乙基铝(A lEt3)为助催化剂,在甲苯溶剂中进行了苯乙炔的聚合实验,并考察了聚合温度、A l/N i摩尔比、单体浓度和聚合时间等因素对聚合反应的影响。结果表明,双-(β-三氟酮萘胺)镍(Ⅱ)/三乙基铝体系催化苯乙炔聚合显示了一定的催化活性,可催化苯乙炔聚合得到相对低的分子量和分子量分布(Mw/Mn=1.7-2.2)的聚苯乙炔。采用1HNMR、FTIR、DSC、及WAXD技术对聚苯乙炔产物进行了研究。结果表明,本催化体系所得到的聚苯乙炔以顺式结构为主,顺式结构的含量达83.4%。DSC和WAXD分析表明为非晶态聚苯乙炔。
Polymerization of phenylacetylene in toluene was catalyzed by a new late transition metal complex catalyst system based on bis - ( β - trifluoro ketoamino) nickel ( Ⅱ )/Al (Et) 3. The influence of polymerization conditions such as polymerization temperature, Al/Ni molar ratio, monomer concentration, and polymerization time were investigated. The obtained polymer was characterized by gel permeation chromatography, proton nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier- transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and wide -angle X -ray diffraction. The results indicated that the catalyst system exhibited definite catalytic activity. The polymerization yielded polyphenylacetylene with moderate molecular weight and molecular weight distribution ( Mw/Mn = 1.7 - 2.2). The polymers own cis - transoidal stereostructure ( cis = 83.4% ) by calculating according to l H NMR and are noncrystal via DSC and WAXD analysis.
