山扁豆的染色体核型分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对辽宁分布的植物山扁豆的染色体数目、核型、体积等进行了研究。方法:采用常规制片方法,结合显微摄影对染色体进行统计分析。结果:山扁豆体细胞染色体数目2n=16,相对长度组成2n=16=2L+4M2+10M1;核型公式为K(2n)=2X=16=6m+6 sm+4T;全体染色体总长16.45μm,长臂总长11.81μm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为71.9%,属于"3A"型,全体染色体总体积为17.04μm3。结论:山扁豆体细胞染色体的数目、核型、体积等清晰准确,可为进一步的深入研究打下基础。 Objective: To study Cassia nomame Kitag chromosome number, karyotype, volume. Methods: Sections combined with micrograph were used to analyses chromosome. Results: Cassia nomame Kitag normal diploid 2n = 16; the relative length was 2n = 16 =2L +4M2 + 10M1 ; karyotype formula was K(2n) =2X = 16 =6m +6sm +4T; which belong to "3A" type; the total length of chromosome groups was 16.45 μm; the total length of long arms was 11.81 μm , the AS. K% was 71.79% ; the total volume of chromosome was 17.04 μm^3. Conclusion: Cassia nomame Kitag , chromosome number, karyotype, chromosome volume morphological character etc show clear.
