摘要
目的:对威灵仙药材中非法掺入的MgSO4进行检出和含量测定。方法:采用X射线元素分析法和EDTA络合滴定法。结果:确立了对威灵仙中非法掺入的MgSO4的检出和含量测定方法。本实验首先将分离得到的结晶进行结构鉴定,确定为硫酸镁,再在高温下使有机物完全灰化后,利用EDTA络合滴定法,准确测定其中镁的含量,有效避免了其他组分的干扰。结论:该法具有操作简便、精密度高、重现性好等优点,对威灵仙的临床用药安全具有重要的现实意义,也能为其它非法掺入镁盐的中药材质量进行有效监控。
The Magnesium Sulfate in Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis is isolated and determined by elemental analysis with X - ray and chelometric titration with EDTA. The titration was run after ealeinate of the organics by megatemperature, and the coloration changed manifestly at the terminal, these made the result more accurate. This research gave a useful and effective method for the determination of Mg^2+ in Chinese medicines.
