On the Challenge to Shangrao from "Reform of Province-running County" and Corresponding Measures

随着省管县改革的深入发展,现行的市管县行政管理体制显然与之不相适应,市县关系必然要进行相应调整,由现在行政隶属关系中上下级转变为两个平行的行政区域主体。上饶应对省管县改革,必须迅速做大做强市本级,调整行政区划,积极稳妥地推进机构改革。

With the thorough development of the reform of province - running county, the present administrative system of city - run- ning county is clearly incompatible with it. Thus, the relationship between the city and county should be adjusted. Originally two main administrative bodies with the relationship of administrative subordination now should turn into two main bodies of equal rank. To answer for the reform, Shangrao must rapidly expand and strengthen the city itself, regulate the administrative divisions, positively and reliably promote the structural reform.
