摘要
现代口腔修复技术的发展和"绿色修复"概念的提出就要求口腔修复材料应具有良好的综合机械性能和优良的生物安全性能。本文根据临床口腔修复的基本要求,从生物安全性和金瓷结合性的基本角度出发,对现有的几大类牙科烤瓷修复合金进行了全面的总结。概述了各类合金的主要成分、元素作用、性能特点及应用现状,并讨论了目前我国烤瓷修复的基本状况和存在的问题,从口腔修复学发展方向和我国的国情出发,提出了我国烤瓷合金的发展方向。
With the development of modem dental technology and the birth of "Green repair", it requires dental materials should have a good comprehensive mechanical properties and good bio-security. According to the dental clinical requirements, common dental porcelain alloys were summarized on the basis of bin-security and metal-porcelain bond, including the major components, role of element, performance characteristics and application situation. The fundamental state and existing problems of China's PFM were discussed, and new directions for the development of porcelain alloys were also put forward.
