摘要
空调外机的配管设计优劣直接影响到外机的振动和噪声大小。空调配管振动测试系统包括配管设计分析和测试验证两部分。对测试系统的构架、模块及功能进行了研究,提出了基本的配管设计方法。成功实现了CAD装配体模型数据的提取工作,以及CAD模型数据与CAE分析数据之间的链接。并在空调外机整机三维仿真模型基础上,进行整机的固有频率、振动响应的计算,通过对结果进行评价,来确定配管的最终优化设计方案。利用高级程序语言Visual C++设计了友好的操作界面,空调企业人员只需要按照说明书,便能够在此界面上完成从数据提取、仿真计算到结果查看的整个过程。通过此测试系统,缩短了产品开发周期,降低了产品开发成本,能够有效的应对企业间挑战。
The tubing designing of outer machine for air-condition, which is a good one or a bad one, work on outer machine's vibration and yawp intensity. The Testing System of air-condition Tubing vibration includes tubing designing and analyzing, testing and checking. Studying the framework, modules and function of the testing system, putting out the basic method of tubing designing. Succeed in extracting the CAD model datas, which we can link with CAE analysis datas by C/C++ language. Basing on 3D model of outer maching for air-condition, we can get the nature frequency and the vibrating response with CAE simulating function, we designs friendly computer operating interface by Visual C++, as the introduction, which is convenience to operate to success in extracting datas, simulation computing and viewing the result. By the testing system, the air-condition Company can shorten the production developing period and decrease the developing cost to cope with challenge.
