摘要 针对工程中的液压集成块,应用前处理软件Gambit建立其内部流场的三维模型,采用FLUENT软件提供的k-ε湍流模型对不同结构管道流场进行了数值模拟。通过大量的仿真,分析了偏心距,工艺孔直径,和流向等参数对管道流场的影响。非正交方式连通时,必须根据输出输入管道直径关系选择合适的偏心距离,一般来说r<0.8 min(d1,d2);工艺孔直径应当大于最小输入输出管道直径;在布局布孔条件允许的情况下,进油主流道应尽可能使用液流方向与刀尖角相对的结构形式进行两相交管路的连通,以减少刀尖角区域对下游流动所造成的能耗损失。依据仿真的结果对液压集成块进行了进一步的优化,优化后的集成块在实际工程应用中有很好的效果。 According to the hydraulic integrated piece in project, it use pre-treatment software Gambit which establish its internal torrent three-dimensional model, than simulated different structure pipeline using software provided by FLUENT turbulence model. Through the comparison of simulation results, analysis eccentric throw, technology-hole diameter, and the parameter sites of conduit flow such as flow direction influence. Non-orthogonal way connectivity, must be based on input output diameter pipeline between the eccentric choice of a suitable distance, in general r 〈0.8 min ( dl, d2 ) ; hole diameter of technology-hole larger than the smallest diameter input and output pipeline as far as possible the use of flow direction and the knife cusp relative to the structure of two intersecting line 9f connectivity to reduce knife cusp of the lower reaches of the region caused by the flow of energy loss. Simulation based on the results of a hydraulic block further optimized, and optimize the integrated block in the practical application of a very good effect.
