摘要
随着塑料制品的广泛应用,对塑料模具设计和制造的要求也越来越高。以鼠标下盖为研究对象,应用Pro/Engineer软件设计成三维立体图,然后借助于软件Moldflow强大的分析和动态仿真功能,对其浇口位置、熔接痕和排气系统进行了优化分析,再用ANSYS软件对B板进行有限元分析。最终得到不同板厚时的变形,从中得到了最佳浇口位置和模具的相关结构。模具设计从二维发展为三维,实现了可视化设计,不但可以立体、直观地再现尚未加工出的模具体,而且真正实现了CAD/CAM/CAE一体化,是提高模具产品的设计质量、缩短模具的设计与制造周期的重要途径,也是提高塑料制品的质量及性能的重要途径。
With the extensive use of plastic products, the plastic mold design and manufacturing requirements becoming higher and higher. Take the mouse under cover for example, design three-dimensional map by Pro / Engineer, and then use the analysis and dynamic simulation features of Moldflow, to optimize the location of the gate, weld marks and exhaust system, then finite element analysis the B board by ANSYS. Finally, to be the deformation of different thickness and the best location of the gate and die structure. Die design from the two-dimensional to three-dimensional development, to achieve a visual design, it can be saw when processing have not yet reproduced a modular concrete, and realize of the CAD / CAM / CAE integration. It offer a way to improve the quality of mold design, mold design and shorten the manufacturing cycle, and it also offer the way to improve the plastic products and the quality of performance.
