摘要
通过对车床主轴启停原理的分析,对三爪卡盘装夹工件过程的研究,然后分解车床主轴启停控制电路,最终将车床主轴启停与工件装夹动作紧密联系起来,通过中间联锁控制装置作用使二者达到有机结合,减少由于卡盘扳手等装夹部件飞出伤人的安全事故,体现以人为本的机床设计理念。本研究成果可以大大提高学生使用普通车床、数控车床进行工程训练及其实践活动的安全性,为学校开放实验室管理提供普通车床、数控车床安全操作技术保障,同时本技术也可以辐射机械制造行业,解决操作人员的人身安全问题。
Through the analysis on the principle of lathe spindle starting-stop and the investigation on the process of three-claw chuck install workpieces, then disassemble the control electrocircuit of lathe spindle, at last close linked with the lathe spindle starting-stop and the install workpieces action, through the interlock control device to make them integrate in a cooperative way, reduce the safety accident of chuck spanner etc. fly off, embody the people-centered machine tool design concepts.This research outcome should increace security of student using common and numerical control lathe for engineering training and practice action consumedly, provide technique safeguard for common and numerical control lathe of school opening laboratory administion, at the same time this technique can radiate machine manufacture industry and resolve personal safety problem of operators.
