伤员信息采集与管理系统的研制

Development of the Wounded Information Collection and Management System

目的:在野战医疗所实现战伤伤员基本信息的快速采集和战伤救治信息的管理。方法:采用二维电子伤票作为伤员信息载体,使用编程读码器解析伤员信息,再通过信息管理系统实现伤员基本信息、救治信息的管理和资源共享。结果:该系统首次在大规模演练中使用,完成了80人次的伤员信息录入、信息解析和传输、战伤救治信息的管理。结论:伤员的基本信息录入、解析率为100%,信息管理流程符合野战条件需求。

Objective 70 realize the fast collection and management of the basic wounded information in the field treatment. Methods Two-dimensional electronic medicine tag was used as a massage loader. The wounded information was analyzed with a program reader, and the basic personal and cure information were shared with the information management system. Result The system was used in the massive discipline for the first time, fulfilled the wounded information record, analysis, transfer, and the management of the cure information with 80 items. Conclusion The correctness of the basic massage record and analysis is full percent.
