早期治疗极低出生体重儿脑室周围白质软化的效果

The effect of early treatment on the very low body weight neonates with periventricular leukomalacia

摘要 目的:观察早期治疗极低出生体重儿脑室周围白质软化的效果。方法:将脑室周围白质软化的45例极低出生体重儿分为治疗组21例及对照组24例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组另给予单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂钠注射液(GM-1)治疗,动态观察两组头颅B超的变化及神经行为(NBNA)评分。结果:GM-1治疗组头颅B超的变化及NBNA评分明显优于对照组,有统计学差异。结论:早期治疗可以减轻极低出生体重儿脑室周围白质软化及持续性病变的发生,改善预后。 Objective: To study the clinical significance of early intervention on the periventricular leukomalacia in very low birth weight (VLBW) infants. Methods: The confirmed patients were divided into GM -1 treating and control groups. The treating group consisted of 21 cases; control group of 24 cases. On the basis of being positive treated complicating disease, the treating group also accepted the treatment of GM - 1. The changes of cranial sonography and NBNA score were dynamically observed and followed up. Results: The treating group had better effect than the control group. The divergence had prominence. Conclusion: Early intervention can decrease the occurrence of periventricular leukomalacia and continued white matter damage in very low birth weight infants.
