摘要
目的:检测正常妊娠小鼠与反复自然流产小鼠母胎界面SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3蛋白表达的差异。方法:建立反复自然流产小鼠模型CBA/J×DBA/2及正常妊娠小鼠模型CBA/J×BALB/c,取孕14.5天的蜕膜和胎盘组织,Western blot法检测SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3蛋白的表达。结果:与正常妊娠模型组相比,反复自然流产模型组小鼠母胎界面SOCS1蛋白表达非常显著升高(P<0.01),而SOCS3蛋白表达则非常显著降低(P<0.01),SOCS2蛋白表达在两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:SOCS1、SOCS3在正常妊娠与反复自然流产小鼠中有明显的表达差异,可能在妊娠的维持中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To detect the different expression of the protein expression of SOCS1, SOCS2, SOCS3 in maternal - fetal interface of mice with normal pregnancy and recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) . Methods: CBA/J × BALB/C and CBA/J × DBA/2 were used as normal pregnancy and RSA model respeetively. The protein expressions of SOCS1, SOCS2 and SOCS3 in decidual and placental tissues on day 14. 5 of gestation were detected by Western blotting. Results : Compared with normal pregnancy model mice, the expression of SOCS1 was significantly increased and the expression of SOCS3 was significantly decreased in RSA model mice (P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression of SOCS2 had no obvious differences between normal pregnancy and RSA mice. Conclusion: There are obvious differences of SOCS1 and SOCS3 between mice with normal pregnancy and RSA, which might play an important role in the maintenance for successful pregnancy.
