战后日本安全观的延续与发展

Continuum and Development of Security Perception in Japan after World War Ⅱ

安全观的变化是透视安全政策以及安全政策形成的重要根据。战后日本安全政策的形成既有延续的一面,也有变化的一面。本文将其划分为两个时期,并从区分的五个不同阶段入手,在沿用传统日本安全研究方法的基础上,从安全目标、手段及其与当时政治情势关联的视角对日本安全观的发展进行了透视。本文与其说是对日本安全观变化的一个历史性的梳理,毋宁说是对不同时期安全观变化和延续及其形成动因进行的一种必要的区分。

The development of security perception is an essential analysis base to a nation ＇ s security policy. After the Second World War, Japan＇ s security policy extended and changed. This dissertation, divided it into two historical periods on the basis of traditional security study method, analyses the development of security perception in Japan with the view of security aim, security means and political connection in five phases. Rather than a historical interpretation to Japan＇ s security perception, the disserta- tion focuses more on a necessary division to the security perception＇ s continuum, development and its reason, trying to explain the main core elements influencing Japan＇ s development of security perception and the variety of these elements＇ combination in different periods.
