酒石酸根离子在制备立方锑白过程中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 研究了酒石酸根离子在氯氧锑中和转化过程中的作用行为.研究结果表明:当中和转化溶液中存在酒石酸铵时,反应pH值下降速度变慢,并且随着酒石酸铵浓度的增大,pH值下降趋于缓慢.在酒石酸根离子存在的情况下,氯氧锑中和转化初期产物物相含有氯氧锑、立方晶型和斜方晶型锑白,随着时间的延长,完全转化为单一的立方晶型锑白.随着氯氧锑加入量的增大,中和转化产物的粒径也随之减小,当n(Sb)∶n(C4H4O62-)=10∶1时,中和转化产物呈八面体结构,而且棱角分明,随着氯氧锑加入量的增大,中和转化产物呈球形,白度也随之增大. The behavior of tartrate ions during the neutralization-conversion process of antimony oxychloride was studied. The experimental results show that the pH value of the solution decreases slowly with the addition of ammonium tartrate, and the higher the tartrate concentration is, the slower the pH value changes. The initial products of neutralization- conversion contain oxychloride, cubic and orthorhombic antimony white. The final products turned into single cubic antimony white. The particle diameter decreases with the increase of oxychloride content. When the n(Sb) : n(C4H4O6^2- ) =10 : 1, the product presents a octahedron structure and its edges and corners are clearly. The product has high whiteness at high oxychloride content and its particles are close to sphere.
