摘要
将普通分散染料黑ECO各组分按比例混合后加入复合分散剂及有机助剂,用球磨机高度分散后滴加到复合分散剂的水溶液中,最后经高压均质机均质后得到超细分散染料黑ECO液体染料.考察了各工艺参数对染料粒径的影响,得到了较优工艺参数:m(染料)∶m(介质)=1∶20,m(染料)∶m(助剂)=1∶2,m(染料)∶m(分散剂)=1∶1,球磨时间为10 h,分散剂为复合分散剂,高压均质的循环次数为6次.在优化条件下得到的超细分散染料黑ECO液体染料的平均粒径约为115 nm,D90粒径约为180 nm.
The ultra-fine disperse black ECO was prepared from traditional disperse black ECO by ball milling, reprecipitation and pressure homogenization. The effects of ratio of dyes and milling media, milling time, ratio of dyes and organic assistants, etc on were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: m(dyes) : m(milling media)= 1 : 20, m(dyes) :m(organic assistants)= 1 : 2, m(dyes) : m(dispersant)=1 : 1, the milling time 10 h, the composite dispersant, cycling times of pressure homogenization 6. The average diameter of dyes was 115 nm, and D90 was 180 nm.
