IP-10/CXCR3对变应性接触性皮炎小鼠淋巴细胞内[Ca^(2+)]的影响

摘要 目的:研究干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)对体外培养的变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)小鼠淋巴细胞内[Ca2+]的影响。方法:分离ACD小鼠脾淋巴细胞,体外培养48 h后,分IP-10低、中、高浓度组和对照组,利用荧光发光法对[Ca2+]进行检测。结果:IP-10各组及对照组细胞在培养的60 min内,细胞内[Ca2+]随时间的变化逐渐升高,而IP-10各组间细胞内[Ca2+]变化差异细微。结论:IP-10可以升高ACD小鼠淋巴细胞内[Ca2+],但不同浓度的IP-10对其影响不明显。 Objective: To study the effect of IP-10 on [Ca^2+] in lymphocyte of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) mouse in vitro. Methods: The lymphocyte separated from spleen of ACD mouse, was cultured for 48 hours in vitro. IP-10 was given in low, middle, high concentration. [Ca^2+] was determined with fluorescence luminescent technique.Results: The [Ca^2+]of ACD mouse lymphocyte in every group gradually increased during the 60 min, there was no significant difference among the IP-10 different concentration groups. Conclusion: IP-10 can advance [Ca^2+] in ACD mouse lymphocyte,but there is no significant difference among the IP-10 different concentration groups.
