摘要 目的:比较采血部位不同、检测方法不同,测定的血糖值是否有差异以及相关性。方法:糖尿病病人清晨空腹静脉血、指血第1滴、指血第2滴,立即用罗氏Advantage血糖仪测定上述3种标本血糖值,并同时用Beckman CX9全自动生化分析仪测静脉血浆血糖值。结果:血糖仪测定指血,第1滴指血血糖值高于第2滴,有统计学意义(P<0.05);指血均低于生化分析仪测定的静脉血血糖值,静脉血较指血高8.7%;同一个体其静脉血浆标本测定值显著高于指血。结论:指血第1滴血血糖值更接近于静脉血浆血糖值,因此第2滴指血不宜采用;静脉血浆适用于全自动生化仪,但不适宜血糖仪,数值偏低。因而建议沿用某一固定的取血方法及检测方法,依此来进行血糖的监控和比较。 Objective: To compare the differences and correlation between the blood glucoses from different samples of capillary whole blood and venous plasma and between the methods measured by blood glucose meter and glucose oxidase. Methods: The first and the second drops of capillary whole blood and venouse blood were obtained from diabetes patients, the samples were measured by Beckman CX9 automatic biochemical analysis and Advantage blood glucose meter separately. Results: The capillary blood glucose (CBG) of the first drop was significantly higher than that of the second ,but CBG was lower than venous plasma glucose (VPG) ,the VPG was higher than CBG (8.7%); VPG meaeasured by Beckman analysis was significantly higher than that measeasured by glucose meter from the same sample. Conclusion: CBG of the first drop is more closer to VPG, but the second drop is lower significantly. The sample of venous plasma is suit for automatic analysis but not for glucose meter , so the VPG can be measured with automatic analysis detector.We suggest that a certain method may be used to measure the blood glucose and compare the results.
