胸椎黄韧带骨化症手术并发症分析及防治体会

The analysis and treatment of complications occurring in decompression operation for ossification of ligamentum flavum of the thoracic spine

目的:探讨胸椎黄韧带骨化症手术并发症的发生特点及其预防措施。方法:回顾354例胸椎黄韧带骨化症手术并发症发生情况。并对其进行分类、分析,总结其发生特点、规律,探讨预防措施。结果:胸椎黄韧带骨化症手术并发症发生率较高,主要包括:失血性休克或术中低血压48例(13.6%),脑脊液漏17例(4.8%);脊髓损伤22例(6.2%),其中截瘫3例(0.8%);术后硬膜外血肿形成压迫脊髓3例(0.8%)。结论:胸椎黄韧带骨化症手术并发症发生率高而且严重,规范化的术前准备和及时正确的术中、术后处理是预防和治疗胸椎手术并发症的关键。

Objective： To analysis and evaluate the treatment of the complications of thoracic decompression operation for thoracic stenosis due to ossification of ligamentum flavum. Methods： The complications were classied and analysised in 354 cases undergone thoracic decompression. Results： The rate of complications was higher consisted of low blood pressure or shock 48cases （13.6%）, cerebrospinal leak 17 cases （4.8%）,injury of spinal cord 22 cases （6.2%）,paralysis 3 cases （0.8%） and epidural hematoma 3 cases（0.8%）. Conclusion： The incidence of complications of thoracic decompression procedure is high and they are often severe.
