成人小肠胃黏膜异位症3例报道
摘要
胃黏膜异位症是胚胎发育期部分胃黏膜组织异位于邻近或远处器官所致，可发生在消化道的任何部位，其中以食管、美克尔憩室、肠道重复畸形囊肿多见，除先天性畸形以外，距Treitz韧带以下小肠胃黏膜异位症少见。我院2007年10月～2008年4月收治3例，报告如下。
