摘要
针对海底光缆的绝缘故障,设计了一种以ATmega16单片机为控制核心的绝缘在线监测系统。该系统能及时发现绝缘故障并报警,从而有效消除海缆的安全隐患。文中阐述了海缆绝缘层监测系统的基本原理,给出了硬件部分的具体设计方法,同时对硬件电路中的高压开关电源的设计进行了详细描述。实验结果表明,该系统能够完成对海底光缆绝缘性能的测量。
Aimed at the problem of the submarine optical fiber cable insulation fault, an online monitoring system using ATmegal6 as its control core is designed. The monitoring system can find insulation faults and alarm in time, and then eliminate hidden trouble of the optical fiber cable. The basic principle of the insulating monitoring system is described. The design method of the hardware is given and the design of HV switching power supply is particularly described. The experiment results show that this system can measure the insulation of the submarine optical fiber cable.
