摘要
以新近取得的地下水气动态观测资料为基础,提出地下水气不仅是物质资源,同时又是重要的信息资源,其动态对现今地球表层动力过程的响应具有很高的灵敏性和很宽的频带特性.地下水气动态的观测与研究不仅有助于人类把握现今地球表层动力过程的规律,预测预报地壳构造运动,而且对于预测自然环境变化与灾害等方面也有重要意义.
Based on the recent observations of underground water and gases, it is suggested that underground waters and gases are not only material but also important information resources, and that the response of their behavior to some modern dynamic processes of earth surface layers have higher sensitivity and wider spectrum. Therefore, the monitoring and studies of underground waters and gases are of greater significance in predicting crust tectonic movement and some natural environment disasters.
