摘要
在河北省农业保险调查的基础上,分析了农业保险实践中存在的法律问题,并针对这些问题提出了法律建议。
Since the reforming and opening in 1978, agricultural laws have made great achievements. At the same time, there are some new problems, and agricultural insurance is one of them. Based on the survey in Hebei Province, the legal issues on practice of agricultural insurance were analyzed, and some legal suggestions were made.
