摘要
森林限额采伐制度是《森林法》规定的一项基本制度,要求所有森林经营单位必须按照国家规定编制采伐限额。分析了高峰林场"十五"期间采伐限额管理中存在的问题,提出了加强采伐限额管理的建议。
The forest cutting quota system was a basic system regulated by the Forestry Law. All of the forest management units must establish the forest cutting quota according to the demands of relevant regulation of the State. The problems of forest cutting quota management in Gaofeng forest farm during the Tenth Five-year Plan were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward.
