Association Analysis on Rural Labor Force Quality,Transfer of Surplus Rural Labor Force and Vocational Education

农村富余劳动力转移是我国经济发展的必由之路。农村劳动力素质的优化是保证农村富余劳动力顺利转移的重要条件。发展职业教育是提高农村劳动力素质的治本之策。通过对农村劳动力素质、农村富余劳动力转移与职业教育3者的关联性进行分析,提出了职业教育在农村富余劳动力转移中的策略。

The Transfer of surplus rural labor force was the only way of economic development in China. The optimization of rural labor force qualities was the important condition for the smooth transfer of surplus rural labor force. Developing vocational education was the key strategy to improve the qualities of rural labor force. The association among the rural labor force qualities, the transfer of surplus rural labor force and vocational education were analyzed.
