Experiment and simulation of the mean value model on two-stroke gasoline aero-engine

摘要 采用机理建模和试验建模相结合的方法建立了航空二冲程汽油发动机平均值模型.二冲程汽油机平均值模型主要分为3个动态子模块:燃油蒸发与油膜动态子模块、进气道与曲轴箱扫气子模块和动力输出子模块.建模中考虑了簧片阀的建模,同时考虑了扫气过程中的短路损失,进行了空燃比的计算.对发动机动力输出、转速和空燃比进行了Matlab/Simulink仿真,仿真结果和实验数据吻合,证明了该均值模型的正确性. The mean value model for small two stroke gasoline aero-engine based on the mechanism modeling and experiment modeling combined method was presented. The two stroke gasoline engine mean value model mainly consists of three dynamic modules: the fuel evaporation and oil film dynamic module, the intake port and crankcase scavenging module, power output module. The reed valve modeling and the short circuit loss during scavenging process were also considered at the modeling process. Then established the power output, rotational speed and Air/Fuel ratio models, and carried out simulation on Matlab/Simulink platform. The simu ness of the mean va ation result fully meets the experiment data, which proves the correctue model.
