摘要
脱硫石膏的煅烧温度和陈化时间会对石膏浆体的性能产生影响,特别要注意陈化时间过长时,脱硫石膏会吸收过多的水分,出现不凝结的现象。脱硫石膏中所含的可溶性盐等杂质会对石膏浆体的性能产生不利影响,采取水浸过滤的方法可以延长石膏浆体的搅拌时间,改善浆体的性能。
The calcinations temperature and ageing time influence the performance of desulphurization gypsum. When the ageing time is too long, the desulphurization gypsum absorbs too much water and never solidifies. The soluble compound in the desulphurization gypsum is harmful. Using filtering measures is helpful to extend the stirring time of gypsum slurry and improve the performance of slurry.
