微混合器内混合过程的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of micromixing process inside micro mixer

摘要 对一个双向进口的微型圆柱混合器的混合过程进行了数值模拟,并与实验结果进行了对照.结果表明,该微混合器没有设置专门的扰流装置,仅采用两侧切向进流体,两种流体在混合器内产生了较好的混合效果.研究表明,混合效果并不是随着雷诺数增大而增强,只有在雷诺数小于90的范围内,才能够得到均匀的混合效果. This paper simulated numerically and experimentally the micromixing process inside a micro mixing channel without any flow turbulated ribs or spins. Results show that fluid flow into the two tangent direction inlet of the model produces vortex, and increases the mixing process. The mixing process is not well proportioned with the increasing Reynolds Numbers. The mixture is equally in the suitable extent of Reynolds number. The detailed distributions of mixture volume fraction inside the channel could be obtained.
