摘要
通过对催化燃烧炉热效率进行反平衡测试,找出影响热效率的主要因素,并对各主要因素进行计算和分析,得到用反平衡法测量的催化燃烧炉的热效率值,并与正平衡进行了对比.对热效率反平衡分析也为以后燃烧炉的改进指明了方向,即必须采取必要的措施降低排烟温度充分利用烟气的显热和潜热.
By testing catalytic combustion burner thermal efficiency with anti-balance, main factors that influenced thermal efficiency were found. Calculations and analysis on these factors were accomplished, and the exact value of thermal efficiency was got, which was compared with that of positive balance. The analyses of thermal efficiency by using anti-balance show clearly direction for improvement of combustion burner, and reduce the temperature of exhaust and adequately use the sensible heat and latent heat by taking necessary measures.
