摘要
按照紧密堆积理论,根据Andreasen方程中的粒度分布系数n值的变化计算出不同的粒度组成,并以此为依据进行配料,分别测试了不同粒度组成时各试样的堆积密度、烧后体积密度和烧后耐压强度.结果表明:粒度分布对干式捣打料的各项性能有较大的影响;在干式捣打料的配比选择过程中,不能惟一追求达到最大的体积密度,而应综合考虑颗粒和细粉组成对烧结性能的影响,选取适当的粒度分布,使材料既能获得较紧密的颗粒堆积,又能具有好的烧结性能.
The composition of particle size and batch for dry ramming mix were determined in accordance with close packing theory and coefficient of particle size distribution in Andresen formulation. The packing density, bulk density after sintering, and compression strength of the specimens were measured. The experimental result indicates that the particle size distribution strongly affect all kinds of properties of the specimens. In the course of choosing composition of particle, it is not necessary to pursue the maximum of bulk density only, and the effect of composition of particles as well as powder on sintering behavior should be considered comprehensively. Both close packing density and excellent sintering property can be achieved by choosing suitable particle size distribution.
