高氯酸铵(AP)超细粉静电分散表征方法研究

摘要 通过实验和理论分析,确定了空气环境中AP超细粉料形成软团聚的过程中,液桥力最大,其次为范德瓦尔斯力与静电力.并根据作用力的大小,设计了静电分散分级实验,通过电晕风使微颗粒均匀荷电,借助库仑斥力来实现软团聚的分散分级.实验获得的最佳分散分级电压参数为6kV,可以将AP粉料中所含细粉的90%以上分离收集,并通过测量细、中、粗粉料质量的比例参数,在线表征AP超细粉料的状态. By experiment and theoretical analysis, it was determined that the liquid bridge force is the strongest, the Van der Waals force and electrostatic force are less strong during the soft conglomeration of ultra fine AP under atmospheric environment. Electrostatic dispersing and grading experiment have been designed according to the difference of acting force. Corona wind was used to charge fine powders uniformly, and the soft conglomeration was dispersed and graded by Coulomb repulsive force. The best parameter of voltage is 6kv for dispersion and grading. More than 90% of the fine powders contained in AP powders can be dispersed and collected, and the on-line status of ultra fine AP can be characterized by measuring the proportional parameters of the mass of fine, medium and course powders.
