城中村居住形态的现状研究

Study on the present condition of in-city villages

城中村是我国城市化进程中的普遍现象,它不同程度的存在于大、中、小城市中.我国在城市化建设初期,城市发展更多的体现为人口和面积的机械扩张,大量仍保留集体所有制的农村社区被城市建设用地所包围,成为现在的城中村.随着城市化发展的深入,内涵式城市化被提上议程,对人居环境及人口素质较低的城中村进行更新成为推动我国城市发展的重要环节.对西安市城中村的整体状况进行了一定的分析研究,并以典型的城中村西八里村为例,采用实地勘查、访谈及问卷等方法,对其居住形态的现状进行调查、分析.从社会形态和空间形态两个方面进行阐述,分析了"城中村"中人口、住房、交通、公共服务设施及生活方式等各方面的变化,为城中村更新提供理论依据.

In-city village exists as a common sight in the course of urbanizatiion in China,though differring in the degree in cities large or small. Economically,collective ownership is still in practice in most of these peasantry communities that are gradually surrounded by the urban communities. With the development of urbanization,the reform of these in-city rillages has come to the agenda. In this paper,a holistic research on the present condition of these in-city villages in Xi＇an has been carried out with Xibali village as a specific example. Field survey interviews,questionaires,ect, were adopted to investigate the existing dwelling conditions. Presentation from two perspectives, i. e. the social mode and spatial mode, is offered. Changes in population,housing,traffic,public service utilities as the way of life of the villagers in these communities were analyzed,provnding a theoretical basis for the reform or updating of these in-city villages.
