摘要
建筑工程项目管理的重要内容就是对工程的质量、工期、成本、资源等目标进行综合均衡控制.在具体分析各目标之间相互作用关系的基础上,建立了工期-费用关系模型、质量-工期关系模型和资源均衡-工期关系模型.进一步在工期-费用优化的基础上,引入工程质量、资源均衡目标,综合单目标模型,建立了进度计划的多目标模型,并利用改进的理想点法(TOPSIS法),对实施方案进行优选,最后用算例验证了方法的可行性和实用性.
Comprehensive control on quality, construction duration, cost and resource equilibrium is the main aspect of construction project management, and is significant for improving the benefits of construction projects. In this paper, firstly the time-expense relationship model, the quality-time relationship model and resource equilibrium-time model are set up separately,and objectives of quality and resource equilibrium are introduced against traditional time-cost optimization model for comprehensive optimization. Furthermore, multiple objective model of schedule is established by synthesizing single-objective models of quality and resource equilibrium. Then, based on the improved TOPSIS approach, compre- hensive optimization scheme is selected according to the relative approach degree. Finally a case study is presented to verify the feasibility and practicability of the method.
