摘要
采用超声提取-高效液相色谱法测定玉米作物中苯并(a)芘,优化了试验条件。方法在0 mg/L~100 mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.15 mg/L,玉米样品测定的相对标准偏差为5.3%~10.0%,加标回收率>86.9%。
A method was established to determine benzo(a) pyrene in the maize by HPLC. The test conditions were optimized to obtain following results: good linearity from 0 mg/L to 100 mg/L; the limits of detection at 0.15 mg/L; the RSD of the maize samples from 5.3% to 10.0% ; the recoveries over 86.9%.
