摘要
基于经典射流成型理论计算基础设计了线性聚能装药切割器,利用铜质药型罩切割器对100mm直径的桥梁钢索进行了切割试验,并利用LS-DYNA对线性聚能射流侵彻钢索进行了数值模拟。试验与数值模拟均表明,利用线性聚能切割器切割钢索进行定向爆破拆除是可行的。
Based on the classical theory of shaped jet, a linear shaped charge cutter was designed and subjected to tests in cutting tight wire of 100mm in diameter by linear shaped charge cutter with liner of copper. A numerical simulation of the whole penetration process by linear shaped jet was calculated by LS- DYNA. Test and numerical simulation results showed it was doable to conduct a directional blasting in demolition of tight wire by linear shaped charge cutter.
