摘要
采用延时爆破技术,一次定向拆除了大型多跨厂房及烟囱。利用厂房中间的框架结构定向爆破形成的倾倒趋势,前推汽机房,后拉锅炉房,促进框架结构前后两侧排架结构的定向倒塌,从而实现多跨厂房的定向爆破拆除。克服了大型多跨排架结构厂房整体性差、不利于定向倾倒的难题,避免了排架结构后排支撑立柱不倒甚至反倒的问题。合理的延时控制,使烟囱定向倒塌在厂房的废碴上,减缓了塌落冲击振动。本文阐述了厂房及烟囱的爆破参数和延时起爆网路的设计、爆破安全控制与防护措施,成功的经验可供类似工程参考。
Using technology of delay blasting, a large multi-span workshop and a chimney were simulta- neously demolished and collapsed in appointed direction. In this blasting, for making a good use of the falling momentum formed during the directional collapse of the cast-in-site workshop which located in the middle of the multi-span workshop, the power generation workshop was pushed, and the boiler workshop was pulled, so that the whole multi-span workshop was induced to fall in the direction of south. This method overcame the difficulty of being unfavorable to a directional collapse resulted from the ill integrated structure in terms of the bent frame structure of the large workshop, and furthermore, avoided the awkward phenomena that the supporting column failed to fall or fell in the opposite direction. The blasting showed that with proper delay time, the chimney was also demolished in appointed direction, collapsing on the debris of the collapsed workshop with a relieved vibration. In this paper, the blasting parameters of work- shop & chimney, the ignition network with different delay time, the control of side-effect, and the safety measures were discussed. The successful experience of this project has reference to similar engineering.
