超级双相钢SAF2507+16MnR复合钢板爆炸复合工艺研究

摘要 本文说明了用进口超级双相钢SAF2507和国产16MnR钢板,运用爆炸焊接方法生产的复合钢板各项性能指标满足标准要求;重点阐述了爆炸焊接技术措施的制定及爆炸工艺参数的选取,合理的热处理工艺规范,对不同工艺规范下的试验数据进行了分析和研究。为今后SAF2507+16MnR复合钢板大批量生产及大量投入工业工程应用提供了科学依据。 This paper explained various performance standards of compound steel plates made from imported super diphase steel SAF2507 and domestic 16 MnR steel plate for production of compound plate by using explosive welding method, with the stresses on the establishment of the measures of the explosive welding technique, the determination of parameter and the rational technique code of heat treatment as well as the careful study and discussion on the experimental data under different norm. It established a science foundation for mass production of compound steel plate by using SAF2507 and 16MnR.
