通过对现有27.5 kV常规敞开式设备的缺点分析,说明ZF□—31.5型GIS研发应用的必要性。经可行性研究,确定其研发、生产已具备条件,并结合襄渝线六里坪牵引变电所大修工程完成了首套该产品的运行实践,详细介绍了该产品结构特点、主要元件及优越性。
