建鲤吉陶单极虫病的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Disease of Myxozoa, Thelohanellus Kitauei of Jian Carp(Cyprinus Carpio Var. Jian)

报导了从潍坊峡山水库网箱养殖建鲤（Ｃｙｐｒｉｎｕｓｃａｒｐｉｏｖａｒ．ｊｉａｎ）的成鱼肠管内分离的粘孢子纲、单极囊目粘孢子虫一种，隶属于单极科（Ｔｈｅｌｏｈｎｅｌｉｄａｅ）单极虫属（Ｔｈｅｌｏｈａｎｅｌｕｓ）一种，初步鉴定为吉陶单极虫（ＴｈｅｌｏｈａｎｅｌｕｓｋｉｔａｕｅｉＥｇｕｓａ１９８１）．本工作对该种单极虫做了肖氏液固定、水化、４％铁明矾媒染、海氏苏木精染色，以显示其极囊、极丝及胚核。文中对该种的形态学作了描述，以确定种的成立。

A description is given of a myxozoan parasite located in the intestinal wall of the netcultured Jian carp, Cyprinus carpio var. Jian, from Xiashan Reservoir of Weifang, Shandong Province. Morphological study is made on speciments treated with the stained method of Heidenhain's Hematoxylin. The name Thelohanellus kitauei is suggested for this parasite as compared with Syuzo Egusa(1981). The spore is characterized by a pyriform balloonlike sack. The spores measure 27.lμm in length and 10.3μm in breadth and thickness in average in water. The polar capsule is single and pyriform with a coiled polar filament in it. A large iodinophilous vacuole is conspicuous in the sporoplasm.
