摘要
E-learning工具评价在高等教育领域具有广泛的应用。通过教学、管理、技术三维评价模型的构建,可以确定评价因素的集合,在此基础之上,综合运用层次分析法和模糊评价的方法,完成整个评价过程,实现定性与定量的结合,MTI三维评价模型既能够系统、灵活地设置各评价因素,也使整个评价过程及其结果具有一定的科学性和合理性。
The estimation of E - learning tools has wide application in higher education field. Through the construction of 3D model which are Management, Technological and Instructional, we can define the set of estimation factors. Based on this, we can synthetically use AHP and Fuzzy Theory to finish the estimation process and to achieve the integration between qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The MTI 3D model can set each factor systematacially and neatly, so it can make the estimation process and the result to be scientific and reasonable.
