摘要
介绍了一种新型RCC式开关电源的工作原理及设计方法,与普通RCC电源由采样电阻实现自激振荡不同,本文所提出的新型RCC电路结构通过对电容充放电来实现自激振荡,可以使功耗降低,性能更稳定。该电路只需要少量电阻、电容、三极管等普通分立原件就可以得到优良的稳压输出性能,其电路结构简单,成本低,高效可靠。该新型RCC电源电路,被应用于一手机充电器的设计中,得到了实际的验证。
This paper introduces the working principle and design method of a novel RCC switching power supply. Unlike the ordinary RCC power supply to implement the self-excited oscillation by the sampling resistance, the new proposed RCC structure realizes this function by charging and discharging the capaci- tance, which makes the power dissipation lower and the performance more stable. This circuit only needs a few resistances, capacitances, transistors and other isolated components to obtain the good output per- formance of the stability. The circuit is simple, highly effective and reliable with low cost. This new RCC power supply circuit is applied in a design of the cell phone charger to get verified.
