口外型舌下腺囊肿诊治分析

DIAGNOSIS AND ANALYSIS ON EXTRAORAL TYPE OF SUBLINGUAL GLAND CYST

目的探讨口外型舌下腺囊肿的临床特征、误诊原因及诊治要点,旨在减少误诊,提高诊治水平。方法收集我院诊治的19例口外型舌下腺囊肿病例,对其临床资料进行回顾分析。结果19例中舌下-颌下型4例,颌下型15例,误诊5例,所有患者均行手术摘除舌下腺治愈。结论下颌舌骨肌发育缺陷,舌下腺穿过该肌裂孔或间隙突入颌下区是本病发病机制,以口内切口完整摘除舌下腺是根治口外型囊肿最佳方法。

sublingual gland; cyst; diagnosis analysis Abstract Objecctive To explore clinic characters of the extraoral type of sublingual gland cyst, the reason of inaccurate diagnosis and the outline of the diagnosis and treatment are discussed in this paper. The main puepose is to reduce the false diagnosis rate and promote the level of diagnosis and treatment of sublingual gland cyst. Methods Totally 19 cases with extraoral type of sublingual gland cyst,who were diagnosed and treated by our hospital,were reeruided, and the clinical information was retrospectively analysed. Results Of the 19 cases, there were 4 cases of sublingual lower jaw, 15 cases of lower jaw,5 cases of false diagnosis. All the cases were cured by extirpating the sublingual gland. Conclusion The sublingual gland perforates chink or the clearance of the muscle and penetrates into the jaw section due to the deficient growth of hyoid muscle. The extirpation of the sublingual gland is the optimal method of curing the extraoral type of cyst.
