A new equipment base on the technology of remanufacture——The spot-renovating machine

建设资源节约和环境友好型社会已经成为一股潮流和趋势,成为许多国家的共同选择。我国也明确提出了面向环境、面向能源、面向材料的绿色再制造若干要求。本文主要针对电力、石化、冶金等行业大型超大型设备,进行再制造关键技术与专用现场修复设备的研究,并从现场修复机床的类型特点、国内外现状、技术发展趋势等方面进行了阐述。

Constructing resource - saving and environment - friendly society having become a trend and tideway in many countries. Our country also puts forward some requirement of green - remanufacture facing environment, energy sources and material. In this paper, key technology of remanufacturing and special machine tool, which are used for components＇ renovation of heavy equipments in electrical petrochemical and metallurgical industry are researched. Then the article expatiated a lot ac cording to remanufacture from several aspects, such as the variety and characteristic of remanufacturing machine, inland and overseas actuality, and technical developmental direction.
