摘要
目的研究沙培林对胃癌细胞腹腔内微转移的预防和治疗作用。方法手术前48小时向随机选择的24例进展期胃癌患者腹腔内注射沙培林5KE,37例进展期胃癌患者腹腔内注射生理盐水20ml,手术中收集腹腔冲洗液,用巢式RT-PCR法测定腹腔冲洗液中CEAmRNA的表达。结果实验组24例中有4例(20.8%)CEAmRNA表达阳性,对照组37例中,有16例(43.2%)CEAmRNA表达阳性。两组间有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胃癌患者腹腔内注射沙培林CEAmRNA阳性表达率降低。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of sapylin to peritoneal micrometastases of gastric cancer. Meth- ods 5KE of sapylin was intraperitoneally injected 48h before operation in randomly selected 24 patients with gastric cancer in advanced stage as experimental group, while saline was intraperitoneally injected in 37 patients with gastric cancer in advanced stage as control group. The peritoneal cavity was washed in operation and the cells were collected, then nested RT - PCR was used to measure the ex- pression of CEAmRNA. Results rl＇he nested RT - PCR was highly specified and sensible in measuring the expression of CEAmRNA, 4 cases positively expressed CEAmRNA in the experimental group of 24 cases（20. 8% ）, meanwhile 16 cases positively expressed in the control group of 37 cases （43.2%） ; there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The positive rate of CEAmRNA expression is decreased after sapylin intraperitoneal injection in patients with gastric cancer.
